Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how StreamieHUB processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.
1. Data controller
The data controller is SalesMiles Sp. z o.o., ul. Romualda Traugutta 21, 61-514 PoznaĆ, Poland (contact: contact@streamiehub.pro). Data is processed on EU servers (Hetzner).
2. Data we collect

3. Purpose of processing
Service delivery (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), payment processing, user communication, and service improvement.
4. Data sharing
Data may be shared with: Stripe (payments), Twitch/Google/Kick (API integrations), Hetzner (hosting). We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention period
Account data is kept until account deletion. Payment data is retained per tax requirements (5 years). Analytics logs: up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access, rectify, delete, port, restrict processing, and object. Send requests to contact@streamiehub.pro.
7. Cookies
The website uses essential session cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
8. Policy changes
We will notify you of changes via email or in-app. Significant changes take effect 14 days after announcement.
9. Twitch Extension data
The StreamieHUB Twitch Extension collects an anonymous Twitch-assigned opaque_user_id (not linked to your email or real identity), as well as extension interaction data: triggered actions, bit transaction amounts, and per-action cooldown state. This data is transmitted to our server at streamiehub.pro (Hetzner, EU) solely to execute streamer-configured actions in real time. We do not store opaque_user_id beyond the active session, and bit transaction records are retained only as part of the streamer's event log.
10. Google / YouTube user data
After you connect your YouTube account via Google OAuth, the app accesses your Google user data only within the granted scopes. The youtube.readonly scope is used to read the streamer's channel information and to detect their active live broadcast and its associated live chat. The youtube.force-ssl scope is used to read live chat messages and to send chat messages (e.g. bot replies) on the streamer's own broadcast. This data is used solely to provide those features in real time. OAuth access tokens are stored locally on the user's device, and on our server (Hetzner, EU) only to the extent necessary to operate the service. Data is transmitted exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and access to stored tokens is restricted and protected. You can revoke the OAuth tokens at any time in your Google Account settings. We do not sell Google user data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. StreamieHUB's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using the YouTube features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; data is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
