This privacy policy describes how StreamieHUB processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.

1. Data controller

The data controller is DON DAIKU (contact: kontakt@streamiehub.pro). Data is processed on EU servers (Hetzner, Finland).

2. Data we collect

Twitch login data (email, username, avatar), payment data (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details), activity logs (donations, events), and anonymous analytics.

3. Purpose of processing

Service delivery (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), payment processing, user communication, and service improvement.

4. Data sharing

Data may be shared with: Stripe (payments), Twitch/Google/Kick (API integrations), Hetzner (hosting). We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention period

Account data is kept until account deletion. Payment data is retained per tax requirements (5 years). Analytics logs — up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access, rectify, delete, port, restrict processing, and object. Send requests to kontakt@streamiehub.pro.

7. Cookies

The website uses essential session cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

8. Policy changes

We will notify you of changes via email or in-app. Significant changes take effect 14 days after announcement.
