Terms of Service

By using the StreamieHUB application and streamiehub.pro website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions

«Service» means the StreamieHUB desktop application, overlays, sidecar server, and streamiehub.pro website. «User» means any person using the Service.

2. Account and access

Online features require an account created by logging in with Twitch. You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. Plans and payments

The Free plan is free and indefinite. The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed upfront. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Donations and Stripe Connect

Donations are sent directly to the streamer's Stripe Connect account. StreamieHUB is not a party to the transaction and is not responsible for refunds. Stripe fees are borne by the streamer.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: reverse engineer the application, use the Service for illegal purposes, abuse APIs, or attempt to circumvent Free plan limitations.

6. Liability

The Service is provided «as is». We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for lost data or streaming platform outages.

7. Changes to terms

Terms may be updated. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app with 14 days' notice.
