Donations

The Donations tab lets you accept payments from viewers through your profile page on streamiehub.pro and browse the full history of all received donations. The system requires a connected StreamieHUB Cloud account and a configured Stripe integration.

Prerequisites

Before you start accepting donations, make sure that:

• The app is connected to a StreamieHUB Cloud account (tab Settings → Accounts)
• A Stripe account is linked and KYC verification is complete (tab Settings → Accounts → Stripe)

Donation page for viewers

Once Stripe is configured, viewers can send donations by visiting your profile page: streamiehub.pro/[your-login]. The page displays a payment form with the available payment methods for the selected currency.

Configuring the donation form

Click the Settings button in the top-right corner of the Donations tab to open the configuration panel.

Option	Description
Min	Minimum donation amount (default: 2)
Max	Maximum donation amount (default: 1000)
Currency	Default form currency: PLN, EUR, USD or GBP
Thank-you message	Text displayed to the viewer after a successful payment
Show recent donors	Enable or disable the recent donors list on the profile page

Payment methods

For the selected currency you can enable or disable individual payment methods (e.g. card, BLIK, Przelewy24). The list of available methods depends on the currency and your Stripe configuration. Payment methods can only be changed when Stripe is fully verified - if Stripe has not yet passed KYC verification, the app will display an error and ask you to complete the setup in Settings.

Donation alert queue

The Alert queue option determines what happens when a donation alert arrives and no browser (e.g. OBS) is connected to the alerts overlay. When the queue is enabled, the alert will be sent to the overlay on the next connection (up to 1 hour, max 50 alerts). When it is disabled, an alert with no active viewer is skipped.

Donation history

The main section of the tab is a list of all received donations sorted from newest. Each row shows:

• Initial and username of the donor
• Message accompanying the donation (if one was sent)
• Amount and currency
• Date and time of the donation

The list is paginated at 50 records. If a new donation arrives while you are in the tab, a Refresh button will appear showing the number of new donations.

Statistics

Four statistics cards are displayed at the top of the tab:

Total count	Total number of donations
Total	Total amount of all donations
Today	Amount and count of donations from today
Average	Average donation amount across all donations

If someone has sent more in total than others, a Top Donor is also displayed with the total amount sent.

Filtering history

The filter panel lets you narrow down the donation list by:

• Search - search by donor username or message content
• Min / Max amount - donation amount range
• Date from / Date to - date range

Click Search to apply filters or Clear to return to the full list.

Donation alert

Every donation automatically triggers an alert in the alerts overlay (if configured). Click the Edit alert button in the settings panel to go directly to the donation alert configuration in the Alerts tab.

In the alert configuration you can use the variables: {username}, {amount}, {currency}, {message}.
