Overlay not showing in OBS - what to do?

Check the following in order:

• Is StreamieHUB running? Overlays only work when the app is open.
• Is the URL in the Browser Source correct? It should start with http://localhost:47201/.
• Was the port changed in settings? If so, update the URL in OBS.
• Is the overlay above the camera and game layers in the OBS scene source list?
• Try clicking Refresh on the Browser Source in OBS.

Bot not writing in chat - what to do?

• Check whether the Twitch account is connected in Settings → Accounts.
• Make sure the bot has moderator permissions on your channel - type /mod streamiehub in chat (or the name of your own bot, if you are using one).
• Check whether you have "subscribers only" or "followers only" mode enabled on Twitch - it may be blocking the bot.
• Check the app logs at %USERPROFILE%\.streamiehub\logs\.

Alerts not appearing - what to do?

• Use the Test button on the alert in the panel - if the test works, the issue is with the Twitch connection.
• Check whether the Twitch connection is active (green status in Settings → Accounts).
• Make sure EventSub is active - re-authorize the Twitch account in settings.

SmartScreen is blocking the installer - what to do?

Click More info in the SmartScreen dialog, then click Run anyway. The app is not yet signed with an EV certificate - this is normal for new Windows applications.

How do I update the app?

Download the latest installer from the website and run it - your data and settings will be preserved.

Where is my data stored?

• Database (SQLite): %USERPROFILE%\.streamiehub\profiles\default\profile.db
• Configuration: %USERPROFILE%\.streamiehub\config.toml
• Logs: %USERPROFILE%\.streamiehub\logs\

How do I reset the configuration?

To reset the default bot command texts - use the option in Settings → Bot. To reset the entire app to factory state, delete the folder %USERPROFILE%\.streamiehub\profiles\default\ and the file %USERPROFILE%\.streamiehub\config.toml before launching.

How do I change the bot account?

By default the bot uses the @StreamieHUB account. Pro plan users can connect their own Twitch account as a bot in Settings → Accounts → Twitch section. You can also switch to the main broadcaster account as the bot.

Does the app work on Mac/Linux?

StreamieHUB currently runs on Windows 10/11 only. Support for other platforms may come in the future.

Can I use StreamieHUB with YouTube / Kick?

Twitch is the primary and fully supported platform. YouTube and Kick integration is under development - some features may be unavailable.

How do I set up the donation page?

The donation page is available at streamiehub.pro/yourlogin. To configure it:

1. Log in with your StreamieHUB Cloud account in Settings → Accounts
2. Connect your Stripe account (required to accept payments)
3. Configure your profile in Settings → Profile (appearance, amounts, links)
