Twitch Rewards

What are Twitch Rewards?

The Twitch Rewards tab lets you manage Channel Points rewards directly from the StreamieHUB panel - without having to open the Twitch dashboard. You can create new rewards, edit existing ones, enable/disable them, and pause their availability for viewers.

Data is fetched in real time from the Twitch API - the list reflects the current state of rewards on your channel.

Requirements

  • Your Twitch account must be connected in the app Settings
  • Channel Points rewards are only available to Twitch Partners and Affiliates
  • The app must be running (the local server runs in the background)

If you see a "Not connected to Twitch" message, go to Settings → Connections and log in with your Twitch account.

Rewards List

When you open the tab, the app automatically fetches the list of all rewards from your channel. Each reward shows:

  • Image - reward thumbnail (custom or Twitch default)
  • Name - reward title visible to viewers
  • Cost - number of channel points required to redeem
  • Description - optional text shown at redemption
  • Requires input - badge indicating the viewer must type a message
  • Paused - badge indicating the reward is temporarily unavailable

Disabled or paused rewards are displayed with lower contrast (dimmed) in the list.

Creating a New Reward

Click the + New reward button in the top-right corner. The form contains:

  • Name - reward title (required), e.g. "Hydrate!"
  • Cost (points) - number of channel points (minimum value: 1)
  • Description - short description of what the viewer will get or what will happen (optional)
  • Require user input - if checked, the viewer must type a message when redeeming

After filling in the form click Create on Twitch - the reward is immediately added to your channel and appears in the list.

Editing a Reward

Click the Edit button on the chosen reward. You can change:

  • Reward name
  • Cost in points
  • Description
  • Whether user input is required

Click Save to confirm the changes - they will be sent to the Twitch API and the list will refresh.

Reward Image

The Twitch API does not allow changing a reward's image through third-party apps - this can only be done in the official Twitch dashboard. Click the Image button or the reward thumbnail to open the Twitch rewards panel in your browser (dashboard.twitch.tv).

Enabling and Disabling a Reward

The ON / OFF button on a reward toggles its active state. A disabled reward is not visible to viewers on the channel.

Pausing a Reward

The Pause button temporarily blocks viewers from redeeming the reward without disabling it entirely. A paused reward is visible in the rewards list, but viewers cannot activate it. Click Resume to restore availability.

The difference between pausing and disabling: a paused reward is visible to viewers but clicking is blocked; a disabled reward is not shown at all.

Deleting a Reward

Click Delete on the chosen reward. This operation is irreversible - the reward is permanently removed from your Twitch channel.

Linking Rewards to BiBot Actions

When a viewer redeems a Channel Points reward, it generates a Channel Point Reward event (channel_point_redemption). You can react to this event in the BiBot module:

  1. Go to the BiBot → Actions → + New action tab
  2. As the Event type select Channel Point Reward
  3. In the Reward title field enter the exact reward name (must match the name on Twitch) - or leave it empty to react to any reward
  4. Configure the action: alert, TTS, keyboard shortcut, chat message, or screen effect

This way you can, for example, play a sound when a viewer redeems a "Play a sound" reward, or trigger an in-game keyboard shortcut after a "Add HP" reward.
