Goals overlay

The goals overlay displays a progress bar toward a chosen target - such as follower count, subscriptions or bits collected. Add it to OBS as a Browser Source at http://localhost:47201/goals.

Goal types

In the panel you can configure a goal of one of the following types:

• Followers - number of channel followers
• Subscribers - number of active subscriptions
• Donations - total donations (monetary value)
• Bits - number of bits sent
• Custom - value set manually, e.g. for your own actions

Goal configuration

• Title - name displayed above the bar (e.g. "Subscription goal for this month!")
• Target value - the number you want to reach

Appearance and style

In the panel under Overlays → Goals you can customize the appearance of all bars at once:

• Width - widget width in pixels
• Bar color - fill color during progress
• Completion color - bar color when the goal has been reached
• Bar background color and its opacity
• Bar height - thickness of the progress bar in pixels
• Corner rounding of the bar
• Font - family, size and weight of the text
• Text color
• Text shadow - improves readability on a light background
• Show percentage - percentage value next to the title
• Show progress - current and target number (e.g. "47 / 100")
• Percentage on bar - display percentage inside the bar

Custom goal

A Custom goal is not updated automatically - you change the value manually in the panel. Useful for showing progress in your own community actions.

Goal reset

Each goal can be reset to zero in the panel with a single click. Useful at the start of a new month or after finishing an event.
