Points shop

The shop is a list of rewards that viewers can buy with their accumulated points. You can create rewards of any kind - fulfilled manually or as ready-made in-stream actions.

Creating a reward

In the panel go to Points → Shop and click Add reward. Available categories:

• Shoutout - a reward in the form of a shoutout/highlight on the channel
• Play together - an invitation to play a game with the streamer
• Discord role - a reward tied to a role on a Discord server
• Custom - any reward fulfilled manually by the streamer

For each reward you set:

• Name - visible to viewers in chat and in the app
• Category - reward type (affects the description in the interface)
• Description - optional description visible to viewers
• Streamer note - private note visible only in the panel (e.g. fulfillment instructions)
• Price - number of points required to purchase
• Stock - how many times the reward can be purchased in total (-1 = unlimited)
• Max per user - how many times a single viewer can purchase the reward (0 = unlimited)
• Cooldown - time in seconds between consecutive purchases (0 = none)

Purchasing a reward

A viewer uses the command !redeem <reward_name>, e.g. !redeem Shoutout. The bot confirms the purchase and deducts the points from their balance. If the balance is insufficient, the bot informs them of the missing amount.

The list of available rewards is displayed using the !items command.

Fulfilling rewards

All purchases go into the queue in the Points → Redemptions tab. You can filter the list by status: pending, fulfilled, rejected.

For each purchase you can:

• Fulfill - mark the reward as fulfilled
• Reject - reject the purchase and automatically refund the points to the viewer

Managing items in the panel

On the items list you have access to the following actions:

• Edit - change the item's parameters
• Duplicate - quickly create a copy of the item (the copy is disabled by default)
• ON/OFF - enable or disable the item (a disabled item is not available for purchase)
• Delete - permanently delete the item

Opening and closing the shop

A moderator can temporarily disable or enable all items at once using chat commands:

• !closestore - disables all items (shop closed)
• !openstore - enables all items (shop open)
• !enablesfx / !disablesfx - enables or disables sound effects in the shop
