Points system
Points are the channel's virtual currency. Viewers earn them by watching the stream, chatting, and participating in events. They can then spend them in the rewards shop.
How do viewers earn points?

All values can be changed in the panel under the Points → Settings tab. You can also customize the interval for awarding watch points (default: 300 seconds).
Point multipliers
Selected user groups earn points faster. Multipliers are configured separately for each tier:

If a user belongs to multiple groups, the highest multiplier is applied.
Custom currency name and icon
You can change the default name "Points" and its icon (emoji) to anything that fits your channel. The change is reflected in bot responses and the app interface.
Chat commands
Viewers can use the following commands:

Managing viewer points in the panel
In the Points → Settings tab you will find the viewer points editor. Enter a username, choose an operation (Add / Subtract / Set) and confirm. The panel shows the current balance, total earned, total spent, and gambling results for that viewer.
Leaderboards and history
The Points → Leaderboards tab shows a full viewer ranking with filtering by date range (preset: 7/14/30 days or last month) and sorting by balance, total earned, bits, or watch time.
